Privacy Policy
This policy describes how BizNen handles information in the BizNen web platform and the BizNen mobile apps.
Information we collect
Account information you provide (name, email, and any business details you enter), content you create in the platform (storefronts, services, bookings, customers, notes, marketing and design orders), and technical information needed to operate the service such as device and session data.
How we use information
To provide and secure your account, run your storefront and business tools, deliver booking and customer communications you initiate, provide AI assistance features you use, and improve reliability of the service.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only with infrastructure and service providers required to operate the platform (hosting, database and authentication, payment providers you connect, email delivery, and AI providers used for assistant features), and where required by law.
Data retention and deletion
You can delete your account at any time from Settings inside the app, which removes your profile, saved businesses, notifications, and memberships. Records legally required for transactions, or records belonging to a business you do not own, may be retained by that business.
Security
Access to data is protected by authentication and row-level security rules so users can only reach the records they are authorized to see.
Children
The service is intended for business use and is not directed to children.
Contact
Support and privacy requests can be submitted from inside the app. A dedicated published privacy contact address is pending and will be listed here before store release.
