Terms of Service
These terms apply to the BizNen web platform and the BizNen mobile apps.
Using the service
You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you publish, for your use of booking, customer, marketing and AI features, and for complying with the laws that apply to your business.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
Your content
You keep ownership of the business content you upload. You grant BizNen the permission needed to host and display that content in order to run your storefront and tools.
AI features
AI assistance, receptionist and guidance features are informational productivity tools. They are not legal, tax, accounting, or professional advice, and output should be reviewed before being relied upon.
Payments
Payments made through connected providers are processed by those providers under their own terms. BizNen does not take custody of those funds.
Termination
Accounts that violate these terms or applicable law may be suspended.
